Our organization is dedicated to furthering Celtic arts and traditions of piping and drumming by performances, competitions, instruction, and education. We enjoy our hobby and we are delighted to have the support of our family and friends at rehearsals and on the road to competitions!

Band instructors make every effort to tailor programs to meet the needs and abilities of those interested in learning to play the bagpipes, snare drum, tenor drum, or bass drum. While the instruction is free for a time, students are asked to purchase those items to help them on their way to performing on the large instrument. This means a book and practice chanter for pipers; drum sticks and practice pad for snare drummers; and padded mallets for tenor and bass drummers. The piping and drumming instructors will advise you on what to purchase, the estimate of cost and they will suggest a reliable source.

The band meets to rehearse on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at St. Andrew Episcopal Church, 2233 Woodbourne Ave, Louisville, KY 40205

Dates and times are always subject to change. This is especially true during the highland game competition season May through September. Please contact us at for our practice schedule.
